Send STL/STEP files, drawings or a sample, with the quantity and how the part will be used.
Bridging digital CAD models to physical reality — functional prototypes,
exhibition models and end-use parts.
Using FDM printing, we turn CAD models into thermoplastic parts — and we print prototypes that are meant to be handled, assembled and tested — not just looked at. Because we are design engineers first, every part is reviewed for additive manufacturing before it is printed: orientation, wall thickness, clearances, supports and infill are set for the way the part will be used. Where needed we adjust the CAD model itself (Design for Additive Manufacturing) so the printed part is stronger, lighter or easier to assemble.
From a single fit-check part to small production batches and working exhibition models, we help you choose the right material and settings, and we can model the part for you if all you have is a sketch or a broken sample.
Form, fit and function prototypes for new products · working scale models for exhibitions and demonstrations · jigs, fixtures and gauges for the shop floor · replacement and low-volume production parts · enclosures, brackets and mechanical components for R&D testing.
Send us STL or STEP files and we will review them before printing. No CAD model? We can create one from drawings, sketches or a physical sample, then print and iterate until the part is right.
Printed parts that arrive ready for testing, with guidance on material choice and any design changes made.
We adapt geometry, tolerances and orientation so parts print reliably and perform under load.
PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU and engineering-grade polymers — chosen for strength, heat resistance, flexibility and finish.
Quick turnaround between print, test and revision so your prototype matures in days, not weeks.
Parts checked against the assembly they belong to — the same validation-first approach we use for machines.
Dimensional accuracy up to ±0.08 mm, so printed gears, pulleys and brackets fit and work.
Working, moving scale models that explain your machine or product at trade shows and in the boardroom.
Share your requirement and our engineers will reply with a clear scope, timeline and quote.
