Understand the product, output and constraints; agree the concept layout, scope and timeline.
Where smart engineering turns ideas into buildable machines — calculated,
modelled and detailed for manufacturing and assembly.
We design special purpose machines, material-handling systems, jigs, fixtures and mechanical assemblies from concept to release. Every project starts with the numbers — loads, speeds, torques and cycle times — so that motors, drives, bearings and structures are selected on calculation rather than guesswork. The 3D model is then built as a clean, parametric assembly that your team can maintain, with interference checks and a bill of materials that matches what will actually be bought and made.
Our DFM and DFA approach keeps part counts low, uses standard components wherever possible, and avoids features that are expensive to machine or awkward to assemble. The result is a machine that is quicker to build, easier to service and cheaper to manufacture.
Special purpose machines (SPM) and automation cells · conveyors and material-handling equipment · jigs, fixtures and gauges · sheet-metal enclosures and frames · gearboxes, drives and power-transmission assemblies · reverse engineering and redesign of existing machines for lower cost or higher output.
We can work as your complete design team, or as an extension of your in-house engineers — taking on detailing, calculations or drawing packages when your team is at capacity. Models and drawings are delivered in the formats you already use, including native DWG, STEP and PDF.
A complete, reviewable design package that your workshop or vendors can build from without back-and-forth.
Motor sizing, shaft and bearing selection, gear and belt drives, fastener and weld checks — documented so you can review them.
Clean, well-structured assemblies in nanoCAD, KOMPAS-3D or SolidWorks that are easy to modify for the next variant.
Fewer parts, standard components and machining-friendly features that shorten build time and cut cost.
Stress and deflection checks on critical members, backed by physical fit testing with printed parts where useful.
GA, detail and assembly drawings with tolerances, finishes and BOM — ready for vendors and the workshop.
Extra design capacity for your in-house team — detailing, modelling or calculations on your standards.
Share your requirement and our engineers will reply with a clear scope, timeline and quote.
