For most teams, nanoCAD and KOMPAS-3D are the best choice. nanoCAD is a professional 2D/3D CAD platform with native DWG support and a familiar interface, so your team can switch easily. KOMPAS-3D is a complete 3D parametric system for mechanical design. Both give you professional capability at a much lower licence cost. As an authorized nanoCAD reseller, we help you pick the right package and handle setup, training and support.
HEXSPUR Nesting is our in-house nesting add-in that runs inside nanoCAD. It arranges your parts on sheets automatically to reduce material waste. Together with nanoCAD, it gives you one combined solution: you draw, nest and prepare cutting layouts in the same software, with no separate nesting program. It is also available for CMS IntelliCAD, but it performs better in nanoCAD, so that is the pairing we recommend.
We offer FDM 3D printing for functional prototypes, jigs and fixtures, enclosures, brackets, gears, and replacement or low-volume parts, in PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU and engineering-grade polymers. Because we are also designers, we check each model for printability, recommend the right material and settings, and can model the part for you from a sketch or a broken sample.
We design special purpose machines, automation and material-handling systems, jigs, fixtures and mechanical assemblies, from concept to manufacturing drawings. You get a parametric 3D model with design calculations, interference checks, DFM/DFA review and a complete bill of materials. For selected special purpose machines, we handle manufacturing as well.
